My property is un-zoned and not in a platted subdivision. Are there any regulations that affect me?

Yes.

While there may not be any zoning regulations that apply to your residential home project, the County still requires permits for Small Wastewater Systems, electrical, plumbing, road access, etc. Additional permit requirements for commercial projects will apply. Please contact our offices at 307-682-1970 for more information.
