Why is my library card not working online?
  1. If your library card has fines/fees of $5.00 and higher, your card will be blocked until the fines/fees are paid down below $5.00. You can pay your fines/fees online by logging into your library account.
  2. You might be entering the incorrect PIN for the library card. Please give us a call at 307.682.3223 to get your PIN number or to reset your PIN.
  3. When entering your library card, only use the numbers on the back of your card with no spaces.
  4. If you have previously lost your card and received a new one, your old library card will not work.
