1. When will the County mow the right of way?

The primary reason for right of way mowing is to aid in keeping the roads clear and prevent drifting in the upcoming winter months.  Right of way mowing is ongoing from April or May through November and depends heavily on weather.  Tractors will be out and about but we do have over 2,000 lane miles of mowing to get done.  Your patience is appreciated. 

2. What items require a permit from Campbell County Road & Bridge?

The following items that are on or cross County Right-of-Way require a Campbell County General License:
Approaches
Road bores
Signs and light posts
Utilities in the ROW
Overhead line crossings

3. Do I need a permit to build an approach on to a county road?

Yes. You will need to fill out the Campbell County general license, type D for an approach. You will fill out your pertinent information and send it to CCR&B who will check into the location and verify it meets the standards. We will mark the requirements for your approach on the license and return it to you for review and signature.

4. How do I report an issue on or along a county road?
