Do you have meeting rooms for public use?

Yes! The use of these rooms is free, for nonprofit purposes. For additional information please view the Meeting Room Use Policy for the Gillette or Wright library, or contact the library at 307.687.0009 in Gillette or 307.464.0500 in Wright. Reservation requests can also be made online.

The Gillette library has three meeting rooms.

  • Pioneer Rooms 1 and 2: Each Pioneer Room holds approximately 18-20 people seated at tables, or 38-40 with chairs only. The Pioneer Rooms can be combined to hold approximately 38 people seated at tables, or 78 with chairs only.
  • The Wyoming Room holds 200 people seated at tables, or 320 with chairs only.

Wright Branch has one meeting room.

  • This room can hold approximately 50 people.
