Campbell County residents are allowed twelve (12) subsidized dumps of household waste per household each calendar year. The fee-waived balance will reset each year on January 1st, unused dumps will not roll-over to the next year.

Requirements for eligibility
Proof of Campbell County residency must be provided by one of the following methods:
- Current vehicle registration with owner's name and valid physical Campbell County address matching the driver's license name and valid physical Campbell County Address. Note that the vehicle registration must match the vehicle delivering the Household Waste.
- Utility bill (current or previous month) with owner's name and valid physical Campbell County residential address matching the driver's license name and valid physical Campbell County residential address.
- If vehicle registration and utility bills only show a post office box, some other form of documentation confirming a valid physical residential Campbell County address will be required.
**Only Household Waste will be accepted.
**No Commercial MSW or C&D is eligible.
**Maximum weight per load cannot exceed one-ton (2000 lbs). Weight that exceeds one-ton will be charged at the current tipping fee.
Items not accepted for free dumping
Refrigerators, Freezers, AC UnitsThe landfill charges $35.00 each for items that have, or at one time had, Freon. We ask that you please take any food out of the unit before dumping and that the doors be removed.
ShinglesThe fee for dumping shingles at the landfill is $80.00 per ton. However, you can take them to Simon Contractors for $59.00 per ton. For more details please call:

Yard wasteThe landfill does not accept yard waste for free. However, the City of Gillette offers a free Yard Waste Drop Off Program located at the City of Gillette Waste Water Division, 3101 S. Garner Lake Road, 307-686-5274.
TiresThe landfill charges $3.00 per tire for passenger vehicle tires. Truck tires are $4.00 each and implement tires cost $15.00 each. The bulk rate for a large load of tires is $225.00 per ton. Rims must be removed.
