Title Tips
- Never buy a vehicle if the seller can't show you the title in his name, unless you can verify that the title is being held by a bank or credit union or other lender.
- Make sure all previous liens have been properly released. States have different requirements, so it is a good idea to contact us for specific information.
- All persons whose names are on a Wyoming certificate of title must have their signatures notarized unless "Or" or no conjunction separates the names are listed on the title. If the names of the owners are joined by "And","&", "And/Or", or "&/or", all owners must have their signatures notarized. If the words "JTWROS" or Tenants by the Entirety are noted on the title, All owners must sign regardless of any conjunction or not.
