Below you will find a number of forms to register for events and other related activities for the Campbell County Fair!

Campbell County Fair Book

Every year our book is published in April or May with a current schedule of events. This includes 4-H & FFA youth shows, entry forms, a big Thank you to the Youth Livestock Sale buyers, youth award donors, entertainment sneak peaks and guidelines to participate at the County Fair for our youth and community members. 

There are many opportunities to get involved for all ages in the Open Class projects. Including the mini animal show, mini corner, boy scouts, girl scouts, crafts, ceramics, quilting, gardening, art, photography, floriculture (flowers/plants), foods and more.

ONLINE ENTRIES

Exhibitors must register new each year and may re-login after initial registration to submit additional entries. 

Online Registration

  • Shooting Sports entry Deadline - Tuesday, May 17th, 2022 by 5:00pm
  • 4H/FFA member's entry Deadline - Monday, July 11th, 2022 by 11:59pm (midnight)
  • Open Class project drop off is ONLY Monday, August 1st from 4pm-7pm at the Cam-plex Wyoming Center - Spirit Hall.

Trade Show Vendors

Interested in seeing visitors ready for a great shopping experience or talking about the latest topics. Reserve a booth space for a commercial, political, and/or educational purpose. Feel free to contact the Tradeshow Coordinator Crystal at 307-660-3812.

Homemade Pie Contest

Monday, August 1st, 2022 from 4pm-6pm in Energy Hall drop off your favorite pie!!

Open Class Sheep Lead Contest

Thursday, August 4th, 2022 between 11:30a - 1:00p in East Pavilion

Ranch Rodeo

Thursday, August 4th, 2022 at Morningside Park Grandstands. Calcutta 5pm Performance 6pm.

Ninja Nation Competition

Friday, August 5th, 2022 at Morningside Park Grandstands. Calcutta 5pm Competition 6pm.

Pioneer Dinner

Saturday, August 6th, 2022 at 11am at CAM-PLEX Energy Hall.

Fur Kids Foundation Watermelon Eating Contest
