Is a program designed to provide nutritious meals to those 60 years or older who are homebound. Home Delivered Meals are a suggested contribution of $5.00 per meal. Based upon established need you may qualify for up to two (2) hot meals, Monday through Friday, and up to four (4) frozen meals for the weekend.
What type of food is provided?
A nutritious meal which meets or exceeds one third of the recommended dietary allowance by the Wyoming Department of Health's Aging Division. The menu is approved by a Registered Dietician and meals are prepared fresh daily. No dietary restrictions or taste preferences are able to be accommodated. If our meals do not meet your needs alternate meal resource information is available. Please call the Campbell County Senior Center's In-Home Department and ask to speak with an Access Care Coordinator. An appointment will be scheduled to meet with you. The person intending to receive the meals must call to make the request.
