Fair Schedule - Published yearly in February/March

Online Entry Registration - Open May 1st
Exhibitors must register new each year and may re-login after initial registration to submit additional entries.
- Shooting Sports entry Deadline - Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 by 11:59pm (midnight)
- 4H/FFA member's entry Deadline - Monday, July 10th, 2023 by 11:59pm (midnight)
- Open Class entry Deadline and project drop off is ONLY Monday, July 31st from 4pm-7pm at the Cam-plex Wyoming Center - Spirit Hall.

- Monday, April 24th, 2023 - Wright Jr./Sr. High Cafeteria 6:30pm
- Tuesday April 25th, 2023 - CAMP-PLEX , Central Pavilion 4:30pm; 6:30pm
- Wednesday May 3rd, 2023 - CAMP-PLEX , Central Pavilion 2:30pm; 4:30pm; 6:30pm
Beef Tagging Information
Tags will only be handed out to exhibitors at the Campbell County Extension Office (Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm), Gillette FFA, Coal Country FFA, Wright FFA, and Fair Office beginning now and ending February 1st. This means the last day to pick up tags is February 1st!!
DEADLINE: All Beef Pictures and Tagging Information Form must be received by 5pm, Monday, February 6th, 2023 TO BE DETERMINED. No Exceptions! This is NOT your Fair entry!! It’s required to enter the animal in the Market Class with your fair entries starting in May.
DEADLINE: If interested in participating in the Market Beef Campbell County Born & Raised Contest, please review the eligibility and regulations; found on the link below, in the fair book (page 89), or contacting the 4-H, FFA, & Fair Office. The Declaration must be received by 5pm, Monday, February 6th, 2023 TO BE DETERMINED . This is NOT your Fair entry!! It’s required to enter the animal in the Market Class and Campbell County B&R with your fair entries starting in May.
Swine, Lamb, & Goat Tagging Information
Tags will only be handed out to exhibitors at the mandatory meetings and the Fair Office ending JUNE 1st. This means the last day to pick up tags is JUNE 1st!!
DEADLINE: Animal Tagging info spreadsheet and pictures are DUE JUNE 15th, 2023 by 5:00pm at the Fair Office.
